What is this?

This is a short video which tells Morgan's story.  His disabilities meant that he was not able to attend school regularly but now, thanks to a direct payment, he is able to attend full time which has made an invaluable difference to his life. Here Morgan, his mum, Kerry, and his PA, Lauren, share their story.
