Carers UK - Take a Paws its time for you!

Introduction:

Carers UK and Buddy the dog are running a gentle exercise class where you can join them in person or online.  This is at anyone caring for a parent, partner, friend or neighbour.

If you prefer not to come on your own you can bring someone with you everyone is welcome!

Carers UK are also running chair based exercise options, free health checks and there will be local support teams for a 'chat'.

Venue is WX, Wakefield Exchange, Union Street, Wakefield, WF1 3AD.
