Come and join our Sunderland PA Finder!

We are inviting individuals interested in joining our PA Finder register in Sunderland. PA Finder is a register of Personal Assistants (PAs) who are looking for work supporting people with disabilities or long-term health conditions to live independently in their own homes.

You don’t have to have worked as a Personal Assistant to join our register. If you are interested in supporting someone to live independently and have a caring nature, then this is the opportunity for you.

PA Finder will be accessible to potential employers in your area via this website and will be promoted in your local area. Benefits to you include:

• Joining PA Finder is free of charge.
• Potential employers can see your profile at any time.
• You can say where and when you would like to work.
• Being on PA Finder does not stop you from looking for other work or holding other jobs (e.g. if you work part time would like more hours).
• You can take yourself off PA Finder at any time (e.g. if you find a job).
• Employers' access to PA Finder is controlled by a login process ensuring only genuine employers see your details.

To access PA Finder for the Sunderland area, follow this link and it will take you directly to the PA Finder page to register. Select Sunderland and then click on the PA box on the right-hand side of the page to register or login and follow the prompts.

Filling the application in can take between 15 – 20 minutes, this depends on how much information you would like to add – keeping in mind that the more you add about yourself and your skills, the better your application will look to potential employers.
